Gruffin Terms of Service

These terms describe use of Gruffin desktop software and its connected services, offered under the Gruffin business name. Contact us at gruffin@chumscustomremodel.com with questions before subscribing.
The service
Gruffin helps sellers manage local inventory, prepare and manage supported eBay listings, review orders and sales, and use supported point-of-sale and AI tools. Feature access depends on your plan and completed third-party account setup. Gruffin currently supports Windows 10 and Windows 11 on 64-bit x64 computers. Amazon integration is not offered in this release. Variation stock updates are excluded, and shipping labels are purchased through eBay Seller Hub.
Your accounts and content
You are responsible for your connected marketplace and payment accounts, permissions, listings, product descriptions, tax and shipping settings, and compliance with applicable marketplace rules. Use accurate information and content you have the right to use. Keep your passwords, workspace credentials, device, and backups secure. You retain rights to your content and permit Gruffin and its service providers to process it to provide the features you request.
Subscription fees and trials
Basic costs $29.99 per month or $287.90 per year; Professional costs $79.99 per month or $767.90 per year; Enterprise costs $199.99 per month or $1,919.90 per year. Amounts are in US dollars. Any applicable tax is disclosed during checkout. The price, billing interval, and trial end shown in Stripe checkout govern your purchase. Paid plans renew automatically at the disclosed interval until canceled.
When checkout offers a 14-day trial, it shows the trial end date and the subsequent recurring charge. Cancel before that date to avoid the first subscription charge. Do not complete checkout unless you agree to the disclosed recurring charges.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancel future renewals in Gruffin’s Subscription page or the Stripe billing portal. You can also contact support if you cannot access those controls. Cancellation without a refund normally leaves paid access available until the end of the billing period. Our Refund Policy allows refund requests within 30 calendar days after a subscription payment, including renewals. A refund normally ends the refunded paid access and cancels future renewals.
Third-party services and AI
eBay, Stripe, hosting services, and AI providers operate independently and have their own terms and policies. Their outages, account restrictions, fees, or API changes can affect functionality. AI output may contain errors; review it before publishing or relying on it. Gruffin does not guarantee sales, listing approval, marketplace rankings, account standing, or uninterrupted service. Stock changes across independent platforms are not atomic; review and reconcile concurrent sales.
Permitted use
Do not use Gruffin for unlawful sales, fraud, unauthorized access, intellectual-property violations, or attempts to circumvent subscription or security controls. We may restrict connected services when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security incidents, nonpayment, or legal requirements. Where practicable, we will explain the restriction and provide a way to contact support.
Data, updates, and backups
Our Privacy Policy explains how we process information. Keep independent backups of your local inventory and records. Verified updates may install when you next launch an installed copy of Gruffin. We may change the service to maintain it, resolve defects, or meet provider requirements. Material billing changes will be disclosed before they apply.
Warranties and responsibility
Except for rights and warranties that applicable law does not allow us to exclude, Gruffin is provided as available without a guarantee that it will be free of every error or interruption. To the extent permitted by law, Gruffin is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits the published refund guarantee.
