What is included?
Every plan includes the core inventory, eBay listing, scanning, orders, shipping queue, returns and point-of-sale workflow. Free can import inventory up to its item limit and try photo analysis, product research and AI listing assistance. Basic adds reviewed Excel sync and bulk tools. Professional adds more capacity, analytics and custom listing branding; Enterprise removes Gruffin’s listing and inventory caps. Assisted cross-listing prepares drafts for Facebook Marketplace, Mercari and Poshmark; sellers review and publish each draft.
New subscriptions include the shared AI allowances above. Existing paid subscriptions retain their previous allowance, shown in the app. Free includes 10 monthly AI actions per connected eBay seller, shared across installations. One action is one hosted product lookup, photo analysis, or AI generation request, not one completed listing. Failed provider requests can count toward these limits. Allowances reset each UTC calendar month. Manual work, saved drafts, inventory access and exports remain available after AI runs out. No plan limit on Enterprise listings or inventory does not remove AI limits or eBay account limits.
Subscribe from inside Gruffin
When the public release opens, install Gruffin, sign in, and open Subscription. Choose your plan there to open Stripe checkout for your signed-in workspace. Website accounts and standalone payment links do not activate the desktop subscription.
Billing without the guesswork
All prices are in US dollars. Yearly plans are billed as one annual payment. Applicable taxes, the billing interval, and any trial are shown before payment. Marketplace and payment-provider fees are separate.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. When offered, a 14-day trial converts to the selected paid plan unless canceled before it ends. Cancel in Gruffin’s Subscription page or its Stripe billing portal.
A 30-day refund policy
Every subscription payment, including a renewal, is eligible for a full refund requested within 30 calendar days. Read the Refund Policy for how to request one and what happens to access and future renewals.
Requires Windows 10/11 x64. Amazon publishing is not included. Combined eBay variation listings use Seller Hub for stock changes. eBay labels and other Seller Hub tasks can be handled inside Gruffin’s eBay workspace.
